    SINGAPORE -- TSMC affiliate Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) inaugurated its first advanced chipmaking plant in Singapore on Monday and is already eyeing a second facility, with its new capacity "sold out" due to the massive AI infrastructure boom.
