The round was led by Salesforce Ventures, with participation from Echo Health Ventures and continued support from Susa Ventures, Matrix Partners, and HC9 Ventures. Optura will use the capital to expand its platform's AI capabilities, grow its development teams, and scale LLM partnerships. The company has managed over $2.1 billion in AI initiatives and tracked $120 million in value at 700% measured ROAI.
