Barbara Bodem has over 30 years of experience as a business leader and board director in healthcare. She serves on the boards of BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Enovis Corporation, Option Care Health, BiomEdit, LLC, and NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, and is a board of trustees member of the Nature Conservancy of Indiana.

Elizabeth A. Mily has more than 30 years of experience across the healthcare and financial services sectors. She currently serves as a director of Solventum Corporation and Ampersand Biomedicines.
