Product Overview

Official pages split the stack into daily services and shared rails. Daily services are Birbank, m10, Birmarket, MilliOn cash-in terminals, BakiKart transit payments, and Trendyol shopping with Birbank cards.

Shared rails are Bir ID for one login, Bir Pay for payments and credit, and Bir Bonus for a single loyalty balance. The One ID page states millions of Bir ID customers and sells the same login to third-party apps.

Competitive Advantages

Bir combines a bank, a wallet, cash-in terminals, and a marketplace under one login and loyalty balance, so customers do not have to re-onboard for each service. Official pages treat Bir ID, Bir Pay, and Bir Bonus as shared rails across Birbank, m10, and Birmarket.

That stack is unusual in Azerbaijan, where cash remains common and most digital services still sit in separate apps. CNBC and Statista later placed Bir on a global neobanking list, which the company used as evidence the combined model can scale beyond a single product.

Pricing Strategy

Bir does not publish a single consumer price list for the ecosystem as a whole. Banking, wallet, and marketplace services are sold as the existing Birbank, m10, and Birmarket products, with Bir Bonus credits earned and spent across partner merchants.

The commercial motion is usage of those underlying services plus merchant and partner acceptance, not a standalone subscription for the Bir umbrella itself. UnionPay acceptance and ATM access are presented as network expansion rather than a new priced plan.
