Devplan is a Seattle-based startup that builds an intelligence layer for AI-native product and engineering coordination.
Devplan's platform is built around Weaver, a persistent product knowledge graph that ingests signals from GitHub, Jira, Slack, Linear, Notion, Zoom and meeting note-takers. The Product Catalog bootstrap creates a living map of features, user flows and technical designs from connected code repositories.
Continuous analysis keeps the graph current by programmatically fetching every change within declared source boundaries and processing each signal through dedicated multi-agent extraction flows. The platform then generates role-specific daily digests, automated status updates and grounded answers via Slack, MCP and a built-in chat interface, with every claim linked to source evidence.
Devplan is purpose-built for product and engineering coordination rather than general-purpose enterprise search. By pre-computing a product knowledge graph, it answers questions roughly twice as fast and more than three times cheaper on token costs than pointing an AI tool at raw data each time, according to internal testing.
Every insight carries traceable evidence, and the platform connects to tools teams already use without requiring them to replace their stack. The founding team has deep operational experience at Uber, Amazon, Snap, Meta, LinkedIn and Zillow, giving them direct familiarity with the coordination problem at scale.
Devplan prices its platform on a consumption basis. Companies are quoted a flat rate based on team size and expected usage, and the company currently focuses on enterprise customers with annual contracts.
Devplan has dozens of paying business customers and plans to eventually offer a pay-as-you-go option for individuals.
