ElectroKare's founding insight is that the signals the body already produces, starting with the ECG, can be turned into precise, preventative measurements of what is actually happening inside. The company is AI infrastructure for precision, preventative medicine, and human performance, starting with the ECG. It operates two business lines: ElectroKare Clinical, software as a medical device and clinical intelligence built on Nefesh, ElectroKare's ECG foundation model, and ElectroKare Performance, hydration intelligence built on the same Nefesh model.
Some of what ElectroKare builds is a single, exact read where none existed before, and some of it runs continuously, with both coming from the same model. Measurements of left ventricle strength, valve narrowing, and potassium level were never made non-invasively before, because no one had built the model to read them. Nefesh is developed in partnership with leading medical institutions and physicians.
ElectroKare Performance is a wearable-connected performance platform offering real-time electrolyte insights, training feedback, and personalized hydration and recovery guidance.
