Overview

Crescendo unlocks scalable on-demand true vertical power delivery for upwards of 3,000A power domains. Featuring Empower's proprietary FinFast technology, the platform offers an unprecedented combination of system efficiency, current density and nanoseconds transient response.

The platform eliminates PCB-mounted high-frequency decoupling capacitors and relocates active power delivery directly below the processor. Crescendo provides 5x higher total solution density, enabling truly vertical power delivery in 1mm or 2mm of height, while achieving over 10% reduction in power delivery losses compared to traditional architectures.
