ROBOGUIDE is a PC-based offline programming and simulation environment for FANUC robots. Engineers build a three-dimensional model of a workcell, create and verify robot programs against that model, and transfer validated programs and settings to the physical controller, which reduces the need for physical prototypes during automation design and layout work.

The current release, ROBOGUIDE V10, is a 64-bit application that imports and exports CAD data, renders workcells with lighting, shadows and reflections, supports virtual-reality playback, and presents a ribbon-style menu with dockable dialogs and drag-and-drop robot setup. Application-focused modules are delivered within the ROBOGUIDE family: HandlingPRO for material handling, assembly and material removal, WeldPRO for robotic arc welding, PaintPRO for paint path and process development, PalletPRO for palletizing cells, and iRPickPRO for iRPickTool pick-and-place system evaluation.
