GraphifyGraphify CLI

Graphify CLI is the free, open-source engine distributed under Apache 2.0 that parses a codebase into a queryable knowledge graph. Installed with uv tool install graphifyy, it builds the graph on the user's own machine and writes plain files into the repository under graphify-out, including an interactive graph.html, a GRAPH_REPORT.md architecture report, and a machine-readable graph.json, with no account required and no telemetry.

The engine answers plain-English queries with a path back through the code rather than a file dump: each hop is an edge read out of the source and is returned with its file and line. Static extraction cannot see dynamic dispatch, reflection, or wiring in config, so those inferred edges are kept and tagged as guesses, and the graph reindexes on every push to stay current.
