Hotelivate-Savills provides hospitality consulting across six service lines: strategic advisory, asset management, investment advisory, executive search, project execution planning, and a day-rate consultant engagement sold as Consult-a-Day. Its strategic advisory work covers feasibility and market studies, operator selection, and valuations for hotel owners and investors across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

The firm also runs an events business that has hosted the Hotel Investment Conference South Asia since 2005, together with the THINC conference series across Indonesia, Sri Lanka and the Maldives, and the Middle East.
