Huntsman Petrochemicals was the European base chemicals and polymers business of Huntsman Corporation, operating major sites at Wilton and Teesside in the United Kingdom and in Belgium and the Netherlands. The business produced ethylene, propylene, benzene, styrene, polyethylene, and polypropylene for European industrial markets.

In late 2006, Huntsman Corporation agreed to sell its European base chemicals and polymers operations to Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) for USD 700 million. The transaction closed in early 2007. Following the acquisition, the assets were integrated into SABIC's European operations.
