Seed-and-Boost is ImmunoScape's investigational T-cell therapy approach for solid tumors. It combines a starting dose of tumor-specific, engineered TCR T cells with matching Immuno-STAT molecules intended to selectively expand and activate those cells in the patient. The design aims to reduce the starting cell dose and improve persistence while limiting broad immune activation.
