Dr. Friedman, CEO, has extensive experience leading major ($70 million) research, development, and manufacturing efforts and built a team of collaborating partners to develop Integrated Sensors' technical capability.
Integrated Sensors, LLC (I-S) was founded by Dr. Peter Friedman in 2004 to apply low-cost plasma display panel technology to radiation detection and developed the plasma panel sensor (PPS).
Integrated Sensors has demonstrated its ultra-fast transmissive (UFT) particle and photon beam monitor and plasma panel sensor (PPS) particle detector technologies and is transitioning to Phase-III commercialization under NIH and DOE programs.
Integrated Sensors developed Ultra-Fast Transmissive (UFT) beam monitoring for ionizing particle and photon radiotherapy, including FLASH-RT. UFT detectors monitor spot and raster pencil-beam scanning in real time on either side of the nozzle or multileaf collimator.
