Juniper Square provides connected fund software and fund administration services for private markets general partners and their investors.
Juniper Square reports roughly 1,100 employees on its LinkedIn profile as of late September 2026, a large step up from the 375 recorded in early 2024, reflecting rapid scaling of its services organization. Headcount growth has tracked the expansion of its managed fund administration business.
The company states that more than $1 trillion in limited partner capital is managed through its platform across over 40,000 funds. A $130 million Series D announced in June 2025, at a stated $1.1 billion valuation, funds continued investment in its JunieAI platform.
Juniper Square offers an investor relations suite covering a CRM, data rooms, investor onboarding, and DDQ automation, alongside finance and reporting tools such as an investor portal and investor reporting. Its fund administration service pairs administration teams with the same platform for accounting, treasury, and investor services.
The GPX platform layer adds AI agents under the JunieAI brand, a headless interface, and APIs and integrations for developers. Capital Intelligence, built with Nasdaq eVestment, embeds institutional market data directly into the CRM.
Juniper Square serves general partners across real estate, private equity, private credit, and venture capital, markets where fund operations and investor reporting remain fragmented across disconnected systems. More than $1 trillion in limited partner capital is administered through its platform.
The company expects continued growth in private markets allocations to keep demand high for combined software and fund administration services. Its published customer footprint spans more than 2,000 general partners, over 40,000 funds, and hundreds of thousands of investor accounts.
