The Flowfect Tx Platform is Kytopen's closed-system instrument for large-scale, continuous-flow transfection of cells.
Kytopen's Flowfect Tx Platform delivers DNA, RNA, and gene-editing cargo into cells by driving them through a continuous-flow electroporation channel, so large batches are treated in minutes instead of by static cuvettes. It processes roughly 10 to 50 million cells per millilitre at 25 to 50 millilitres per minute, with no fixed batch-volume ceiling.
The instrument is a closed system that connects to standard cell-therapy and off-the-shelf bioprocessing bags, so one transfection step carries a cell-engineering workflow from discovery toward large-scale manufacturing. Cell-therapy developers use it to reach billions of cells per run while keeping the cells viable.
