Mitzu is an agentic product analytics platform that runs on a company's own data warehouse.
Mitzu queries the customer's own warehouse, so events stay in Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift or ClickHouse and never enter a separate analytics store. Because a configuration agent builds the semantic layer from the existing event tables, a team does not maintain hand-written YAML definitions.
Every answer carries the SQL that produced it, and the same analysis specification always produces the same query. The agents run in the Mitzu application, in Slack and through an MCP server, and events are not metered because the platform reads the warehouse directly.

Mitzu needs a supported cloud data warehouse, namely Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift or ClickHouse, so a company running its analytics elsewhere cannot adopt the platform. The accuracy of every answer also depends on the semantic layer the configuration agent builds over the customer's own event tables.
Capability is tiered by plan: the Slack agent starts on the Team plan, while single sign-on, a private VPC or self-hosted deployment, API access and unlimited workspaces require custom Enterprise pricing.

Mitzu publishes two self-serve plans. Analyst costs $149 per month, or $134 billed yearly, and includes three editor seats and 300 AI insights; Team costs $749 per month, or $675 billed yearly, and includes ten editor seats, 2,000 AI insights, unlimited viewers and the Slack agent. A 14-day Team trial includes 50 AI insights.
Enterprise pricing is custom and adds single sign-on, a private VPC or self-hosted deployment, API access and unlimited workspaces. Events are not metered on any plan, because Mitzu queries the customer's warehouse directly instead of ingesting the data.

Mitzu sells self-serve, with an Analyst plan, a Team plan and a 14-day Team trial of 50 AI insights available without contacting sales. Larger deployments move to a sales conversation for custom Enterprise terms covering single sign-on, private or self-hosted deployment and unlimited workspaces.
The product reaches users through the Mitzu application, a Slack agent and an MCP server that other AI tools call. Mitzu counts Suunto, Prezi, Shapr3D, Nansen, Khatabook and 52 Entertainment among its customers.
