ArctiDry Hydro is Mojave Energy Systems' hydronic liquid desiccant air handler delivering supply dew points down to 25°F.
ArctiDry Hydro is Mojave Energy Systems' hydronic liquid desiccant air handler for facilities with existing chilled-water and hot-water infrastructure. It uses a liquid desiccant absorber rather than chilled water to reach supply dew points as low as 25°F, below the 42-48°F floor of conventional chilled-water coils, and Mojave states it cuts chiller load by up to 30 percent versus an equivalent traditional air handling unit.
A 10-13°F chiller setpoint increase can lift chiller efficiency by about 30 percent and capacity by about 20 percent, and regeneration accepts low-grade heat down to 110°F from heat recovery, solar thermal, and condensing boilers. AHA and AHB configurations reach 8,000 CFM and 400 lb/hr of moisture removal, with the unit launched in May 2026 and manufactured in the USA.
