Providers enrolled through a flow segmented by provider type, covering centers, preschools, in-home providers, nannies, and sitters, and received qualified family inquiries, tour requests, and parent messaging, with private photo sharing for classrooms. Enrollment pages marketed free and premium tools that programs could switch on or off.
The service was the business side of the MomTrusted marketplace, aimed at centers for which every unfilled place meant lost revenue, by giving them a referral and outreach channel. Center chains such as Childcare Network activated multiple locations on it in 2013.
