TransUnion completes its $3.1 billion acquisition of Neustar, its largest acquisition to date, to accelerate growth of identity-based solutions. Neustar provides identity-resolution solutions in marketing, fraud, and communications, and was acquired from a private investment group led by Golden Gate Capital, with minority participation by GIC.
