NLdigital members receive discounts from Van Zweden Legal, a law firm specializing in ICT law, on IT contracts, general terms and conditions, and employment law.

NLdigital’s knowledge base contains articles and products including general terms and conditions, the ICK collective labor agreement and a data processing agreement.

NLdigital works with knowledge partners and offers members discounts and other benefits.

NLdigital held its annual summer drinks on Wednesday 25 June 2025. The event included many members and contacts.

NLdigital’s Cybersecurity committee is a member network that contributes to discussion of cybersecurity.

NLdigital has more than twenty professionals handling daily operations, with Dagmar Lens as director.

The NLdigital Employers Association handles topics related to the collective labor agreement for the Information, Communication and Office Technology sector (ICK) and the industry pension fund. It represents and advises members, provides support, and is open only to NLdigital members.

NLdigital represents the digital sector’s interests to the government in The Hague and Brussels. It gathers positions from its members on digital transformation, the business climate and the Dutch economy.

NLdigital is a collective of more than 600 companies that enable digital transformation. It represents global players and hundreds of scale-ups and small and medium-sized businesses that form the foundation of a digital Netherlands.

NLdigital has published a practical guide to help organisations prepare for the Netherlands’ law implementing the EU’s NIS2 directive. The guide offers step-by-step assistance for groups directly and indirectly affected by the legislation as they work to meet their legal obligations; the law is expected to take effect in the second quarter of the year.
