Palomma Plus is a tenant rewards subscription program that converts monthly rent payments into tangible benefits. For approximately 9,900 Colombian pesos per month, tenants accumulate Puntos Colombia, gain access to over 800 merchant discounts, and enter monthly raffles for up to 1,000,000 pesos toward rent.
The program is modeled after Piñata in the United States and launched with one in five tenants subscribing during its initial rollout. Palomma Plus requires Palomma Pay as the payment infrastructure and is available to property managers seeking to differentiate their offerings and improve tenant retention.
Palomma Plus uniquely ties rent payment behavior to a rewards ecosystem, which can increase on-time payments and reduce churn for property managers.
The integration with Palomma Pay creates a closed loop where payment data automatically qualifies tenants for benefits, a combination that standalone rewards or payment platforms do not provide.
