Pelles.ai builds an AI platform that turns trade contractors' documents, knowledge, and workflows into AI applications and agents.
Pelles.ai answers construction questions with citations to the underlying sheet, specification, or contract paragraph, so teams can verify every response at its source. The platform runs inside the tools contractors already use, including Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, rather than forcing migration to a new system.
Pelles Workshop encodes a contractor's proprietary processes into custom apps and agents, turning internal know-how into reusable AI systems. Pelles.ai was named to the 2025 CEMEX Ventures Top 50 Contech Startups list.

Pelles.ai serves trade contractors and MEP subcontractors, with its answers used by preconstruction, operations, legal, executive, and field teams across the project lifecycle. Pelles Core targets contractors that need cited, source-grounded answers drawn from their existing project documents.
Pelles Workshop is aimed at mid-size contractors that want proprietary AI systems built around their own processes rather than off-the-shelf tools. This segment remains underserved by horizontal AI products that do not encode company-specific workflows.

Pelles.ai's current offering centers on three lines. Pelles Core packages four ready-to-run applications: DoubleCheck extracts cited answers from drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and addenda; Compare aligns sheets and highlights changes across revisions; Workflows automates contract review, quote comparison, schedule construction, and submittal preparation; and Organization Agents learn company standards and historical project data.
Pelles Workshop builds custom AI apps and always-on agents around a single contractor's workflows, standards, and domain knowledge, while Pelles Agents provides pre-built specialists such as an RFI drafter, plan revision tracker, bid scout, pay application reviewer, and daily report agent that connect to systems including Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook. Pelles Agents was in early access as of September 2026.
