Spodumene Concentrate is produced at the Pilgangoora Operation in Western Australia and exported from Port Hedland to lithium chemical converters.
Spodumene Concentrate is the product of the Pilgangoora Operation, PLS's flagship hard rock lithium asset located approximately 140 kilometres south-east of Port Hedland in Western Australia's Pilbara region on Nyamal and Kariyarra Country. Product is exported from Port Hedland to lithium chemical converters, supporting global electrification and energy storage demand.
The operation follows a staged power strategy that transitions from diesel toward natural gas, on-site solar generation and battery energy storage, with the aim of reducing emissions intensity, improving energy reliability and lowering operating costs. Pilgangoora benefits from established road and port access and operates under robust environmental, safety and social standards.
