Prototyper is a shared workspace where visual designs and running React apps stay in sync for people and agents.
Prototyper sells a workspace that keeps a design surface and a running React application as one artifact, aimed at product teams that would otherwise draw in Figma and rebuild in code. Its buyer gets agents and people editing the same files at once, and it takes the position that the model doing the work should be the one the customer already runs.
Its packaging makes the workspace the paid good rather than the model: every plan, including the free tier, carries the canvas, the live preview and support for the agent the customer supplies, and the paid ladder runs from USD 20 per month for an individual to USD 30 and USD 100 per seat per month for teams, with a custom enterprise tier adding SAML and SCIM. Delivery is a browser workspace that speaks to agents over an MCP endpoint, so an agent works the same canvas a teammate opens.

The advantage that holds up best is that Prototyper does not resell model access: a Claude Code, Codex or Cursor plan the customer already runs drives the workspace, so Prototyper sells a tool rather than a token meter. Against Figma's MCP server, which allows 20 tool calls a month on its free tier and 200 a day on Professional, Prototyper grants 100 MCP tool calls a week on its free tier and unlimited calls on paid tiers.
Its defensibility rests on distribution rather than lock-in: three MIT-licensed projects, tmux-ide, prototyper-ui and vibecode, keep the substrate in public hands, and more than 10,000 React apps shipped from the canvas by 2026 amount to a body of finished work that prompt-to-site rivals accumulate one account at a time. Multiplayer for agents, with several people and their agents on one set of files, is the capability single-player coding agents do not offer.

Prototyper prices per seat at the level of a professional design tool and charges no markup on model usage, because the customer supplies their own coding-agent plan. That packaging sits below Figma's organization and enterprise full seats while charging a workspace fee that Lovable and v0 fold into credit meters of their own.
Priced against those neighbours, the ladder undercuts the design incumbents and meets the agent builders: Prototyper charges USD 20 per month for Premium, USD 30 per member per month for Team and USD 100 per member per month for Team Business, about 20 percent less on annual billing, while a Figma full seat costs USD 55 a month on Organization and USD 90 on Enterprise. v0 charges the same USD 30 per user per month on Plus and USD 100 on Business, and unlike the credit-metered plans at Lovable and v0 the customer here keeps the agent subscription they already hold.
