Saleor Commerce develops Saleor, an open-source, GraphQL-first headless commerce platform that enterprises self-host or run on its managed cloud.
Saleor's open-source core gives merchants a commerce stack they can read, fork and self-host, removing the vendor lock-in of a proprietary platform. The GraphQL API exposes catalogue, checkout and order data to any frontend, so teams keep their own storefront and integrate whatever language or framework they already run.
Extensibility runs through apps, synchronous webhooks, dynamic models and dashboard UI extensions, letting agencies and merchants add payments, tax, search and AI features without forking the core. Multi-market, multi-currency and multi-channel operation is native, which is why global brands such as Lush and Breitling run Saleor across dozens of markets.

Saleor Commerce prices Saleor Cloud by a monthly platform fee plus a take rate on order volume: Select costs $1,599 per month up to $200,000 monthly GMV with 0.8% on orders above that, Volume costs $3,999 per month up to $1,000,000 with 0.4% above, and Enterprise is negotiated as low as 0.2%. Sandboxes for non-commercial prototyping are free.
Two one-time add-ons, a $6,000 Accelerator Plan and $12,000 Forward Deployed Engineering, are credited back over the first year as monthly cloud credit, and the open-source edition can be self-hosted at no licence cost. The bands push growing merchants toward the higher tiers rather than charging per seat or per API call.

Saleor Commerce sells through a self-serve cloud signup for smaller projects and a sales-assisted path for larger ones, where buyers book a 30-minute intro or contact the team directly. Channel reach extends through an agency programme with Premier partners such as HiQ, Skrey, ON and Mirumee, plus a technology-partner catalogue listing Avalara, Adyen, Juspay and seQura apps.
Distribution runs through the open-source project, the public documentation and dashboard, a technical blog and a Discord community; published case studies of Lush, Breitling and PCDIGA support enterprise deals. Buyers can start on the free sandbox and move to a paid cloud band without migrating data.
