Closed-loop spinal cord stimulation system with automated, patient-specific programming through EVA sensing technology.
The Evoke System is an implantable spinal cord stimulation platform that senses evoked compound action potentials and automatically adjusts therapy throughout the day based on each patient's neural response. EVA adds automated programming that scans and analyzes each patient's spinal cord to identify personalized therapeutic settings from the start of therapy.
EVA applies patient-specific signal filtering to reduce noise and capture ECAP signals at high precision through a one-button interface. The system's evidence base includes a double-blinded pivotal randomized controlled trial with long-term outcomes, and it is indicated as an aid in managing chronic intractable pain of the trunk and limbs.
