Seamless›Seamless› offers Seamless.AI Chrome Extension

The Chrome Extension brings contact and company research into the browsing context: it auto-detects contacts and companies on professional profiles and company pages, then presents emails, mobile numbers, and firmographic information in a sidebar. Users can also open company insights, technologies, organizational charts, related contacts, and filters without moving back to the main Seamless application.

Its documented workflow extends beyond lookup: users can add contacts to lists, send records to a CRM, create tasks, run enrichment, and download data from the extension. The product page also identifies customizable sections, bulk actions, and a mobile flyout, describing these as built-in browser-side workflow options rather than separate standalone products.

The official guide identifies practical constraints for extension users: each researched contact consumes one contact search credit, and bulk campaign management is handled in the main Seamless platform. Thus, browser-side prospecting does not remove credit consumption or bring every workflow into the extension.

The guide also states that its AI Assistant is a premium feature requiring Universal Credits. These are documented usage and access limits, not evidence of overall inferiority; the available sources do not establish comparative accuracy, total cost, or performance against competing extensions.

A dated Seamless product article from November 2024 documents an update to the Chrome Extension’s browsing interface: it describes moving research into a side panel rather than an overlaying flyout. The article says the updated panel would become available to free and paid users on November 8, with existing installations updating automatically.

This record establishes a dated interface milestone, not the extension’s original release. The current Chrome Web Store listing provides a version and latest update date but no first-publication year, and the official material located in this research does not give an extension origin date.

The extension can be installed from the Chrome Web Store after user login and accessed across third-party websites; official help enumerates LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail, and Salesforce. The guide also says site access must be enabled for all sites for the extension to work outside the Seamless application, making browser permissions an important setup condition.

Search actions have account implications: Find or Find All saves contact profiles to My Contacts and any preselected lists, while saved company information appears in My Companies. The same instructions say searches require contact and company credits, so teams should consider list-saving behavior and credit use when operationalizing the browser workflow.

Seamless.AI does not list a separate Chrome Extension price on its current pricing page; instead, it presents Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans for the Seamless platform. The Free plan is shown with one user and 50 credits, while Pro offers annual credit packages and Enterprise custom packages.

The extension’s official setup guide says contact and company searches use credits just as searches on the Seamless platform do, and one contact credit is used when a user clicks Find for a contact. Accordingly, the extension is an access point to the account’s credit model, not evidence of unlimited free searching or a distinct extension subscription price.

Seamless.AI Chrome Extension works alongside browsing on company websites and LinkedIn, identifying people and organizations and presenting contact details and company context in a browser sidebar. Users can inspect contact and company profiles, including available email, phone, domain, organizational-chart, notes, and activity information, without leaving the page.

From the extension, users can find one or multiple records, narrow results with filters, review profile sections, and save selected contacts to lists or a CRM. The product also supports bulk actions and configurable sections, with a mobile flyout for access to extension tools on smaller screens.
