Signify is the world's leading lighting company, selling connected LED products, systems and services to professional and consumer customers.
At its Capital Markets Day in June 2026, Signify set 2029 medium-term objectives of comparable sales growth of 0 to 1 percent, an adjusted EBITA margin of around 10 percent, and free cash flow of 7 to 8 percent of sales. The company plans to pay an annual cash dividend equal to 40 to 50 percent of continuing net income.
For 2026 Signify guides to an adjusted EBITA margin of 7.5 to 8.5 percent and free cash flow of 6.5 to 7.5 percent of sales. Management sorts the portfolio into Build areas, such as connected lighting and consumer, that receive investment, and Harvest areas, including conventional and non-connected LED lamps, that are run for cash and margin.

Signify holds the number one position in conventional, LED and connected lighting, with EUR 5.8 billion of sales in 2025 and 175 million connected light points in the field. Its multi-brand portfolio spans consumer and professional lighting, from Philips Hue and WiZ to Interact, Cooper Lighting Solutions, Genlyte Solutions, Vari-Lite, Fluence, Dynalite, Color Kinetics and Telensa.
A century-old intellectual property portfolio underpins the range and is licensed to other manufacturers, adding a royalty stream alongside Signify's own luminaire and systems sales. That breadth of trusted brands, installed connected base and licensed patents is hard for rivals to replicate.
