Snowcap Compute Inc. develops a superconducting computing platform that uses Josephson junction technology with SFQ and AQFP logic on niobium titanium nitride, operating at cryogenic temperatures near 4.5 Kelvin. The architecture is designed to be compatible with standard 300mm semiconductor fabrication processes and existing helium-based cryogenic infrastructure.

The platform targets data center workloads including artificial intelligence inference and training, high-performance computing, and quantum-classical hybrid compute, aiming for orders-of-magnitude gains in energy efficiency over conventional semiconductor technology. Snowcap has demonstrated its first superconducting test chip and is assembling a team across cryogenic test, process integration, and manufacturing.
