Speedscale provides a Kubernetes traffic replay and API testing platform that captures real production API traffic via eBPF or sidecar proxy and replays it against code changes before deployment, enabling engineering teams to detect performance defects without writing test scripts. Enterprise customers including Sephora, Vistaprint, and Zenni Optical use the platform for load testing, service virtualization, and API observability.

Founded in 2020 by Ken Ahrens, Matthew LeRay, and Nate Lee — three Georgia Tech alumni — Speedscale graduated from Y Combinator's Summer 2020 batch and raised $2.2 million in seed funding from Sierra Ventures and Tech Square Ventures in October 2020. The company raised an additional $9 million across pre-seed and seed rounds led by Grotech Ventures in March 2023.
