Mr. Bulbuck was Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Group Services Inc. from 2010 to 2019 and Executive Chair from 2020 to 2021. He joined Boyd in 1993 and serves on the board of Boyd Group Services Inc.

Dan McConnell joined The North West Company in 2002 and held several leadership roles, becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2021.

The Healthy Horizons Foundation supports youth health and well-being in the communities it serves through financial support and encouragement in fitness, education and health.

On June 15, 2017, the Company acquired all outstanding common shares of North Star Air Ltd. The Thunder Bay-based airline provides cargo and passenger services in northwestern Ontario and Thompson, Manitoba.
