The Players Impact Membership is an athlete community service providing investment education, deal access and networking.
The Players Impact is a web-based venture platform operated by The Players Impact SS, LLC and geared toward professional athletes and the professional sports community to provide access to resources, education and networking relating to investing and entrepreneurship. Its membership spans four programs: Invest via curated venture deal flow, Connect through advisor and ambassador engagements with startups, Empower through education programs, and Access through member community and events.
Membership is free for current and retired professional athletes and Olympians who verify their status, while investor members pay dues. The service facilitates investment opportunities, monthly pitch calls, virtual pitches and live events, with investments syndicated through a special purpose vehicle so members can write low- or no-minimum checks into opportunities that normally demand larger minimums.
