Engineering teams typically stitch observability together from separate products for errors, logs, metrics, replay and profiling. TracePath serves those teams with one hosted backend that accepts ordinary OpenTelemetry data over OTLP, so a service is connected by pointing an existing exporter at an ingest endpoint. Logs, traces, metrics, session replay, exceptions, continuous profiling and AI tracing then sit beside monitors, status pages and on-call schedules.
Against Datadog and New Relic, TracePath competes on a single flat allowance per plan rather than usage-metered ingest; against Grafana's LGTM stack it replaces several services to operate with one managed backend. Where Sentry concentrates on errors and GlitchTip on self-hosted error tracking, TracePath keeps the surrounding signals attached to the error. Because ingest is standard OTLP, a customer's instrumentation is never tied to TracePath.
