ZwitterCoZwitterCo Elevation Membranes

ZwitterCo Elevation membranes pair a patented zwitterionic additive technology, ZwitterShield, with established reverse-osmosis chemistries to resist organic and biological fouling in industrial water and wastewater service. The elements install as direct one-for-one replacements for conventional RO membranes and ship in High Rejection, Low Energy, and High Pressure variants across 8040, 4040, and 2540 sizes.

High Rejection elements are rated at 99.5 percent stabilized and 99.2 percent minimum salt rejection at 10,000 gallons per day, Low Energy at 99.3 and 99.0 percent at 10,800 gallons per day, and High Pressure units tolerate up to 1,200 psi; 8040-34 sizes carry NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 certification. Reported deployments cover landfill leachate, brewery and distillery effluent, produced water, and chemical processing, with cleaning by commodity chemicals, including a France leachate site that cut cleaning cost per cubic meter by about half.
