Ian rejoined Alaska Growth Capital as chief financial officer in September 2024 and reports to President Logan Birch. He has nearly two decades of financial management experience and previously served at Alaska Growth Capital and McKinley Management.

Jennifer Snodgrass has been a commercial loan officer at Alaska Growth Capital since 2018. She has spent her career in banking and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and administration from Whitworth University.

Julie Woodworth joined AGC in 2019 as senior VP and lending manager. Woodworth oversees lending and manages four loan officers and a four-member servicing team, and has over 30 years of banking experience.

Amanda Jensen joined Alaska Growth Capital in 2018 and has more than 20 years of banking experience, beginning as a teller at First National Bank of Alaska. She grew up in Soldotna, Alaska, where her parents owned a boat shop.

Alaska Growth Capital BIDCO, Inc. is an alternative lender based in Anchorage, Alaska, serving the northwestern United States. Founded in 1997 as Alaska’s first Business and Industrial Development Corporation, it provides loans, investments, and management assistance.

As a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation and an affiliate of McKinley Management, LLC, Alaska Growth Capital is governed by a board of directors that includes representatives from both entities.

Alaska Growth Capital’s CDFI Advisory Board provides strategic feedback on the company’s work across Alaska. The board helps assess the socioeconomic benefits of potential investments and development services.

Alaska Growth Capital is a certified Native CDFI and CDE that works with partners to support job creation through loans, tax credits, credit counseling, consulting, and grants.
