Kennek, a London-based fintech offering an operating system for lenders, announced a $12.5m Seed raise led by HV Capital, with support from AlbionVC, DFF (Dutch Founders Fund), FFVC, Plug and Play Europe and Syndicate One.

Dave Wascha has nearly 30 years’ experience scaling startups and high-growth companies. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at Zoopla and Moo, he has led cross-functional teams in product innovation, customer-centric growth and organisational scaling.

Janie advises founders, C-level and functional leaders on people strategy, organisational design, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention. She has more than 25 years’ experience supporting organisations and scaled the Google team from 200 to 1,000 people.

Julian advises founders and leaders on go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, territory planning, sales team formation, and pricing. Julian has worked in engineering, product, sales, and leadership, with international and board-level advisory experience.

Kibriya joined AlbionVC in 2022 with an interest in B2B software and deeptech opportunities. He has experience in corporate strategy and helped lead commercial growth strategy at Funding Circle.

London-based Tem raises £10.5 million ($13.7 million) in a Series A led by Atomico to connect businesses directly with renewable energy generators. Its platform uses an AI matching algorithm to pair business energy needs with suitable sources and provides pricing, billing, and consumption data. Tem says it serves about 200 customers, including Silverstone, and channels energy from more than 50 generators through a regulated utility partner.
