Dr. Dykes was Chairman and Lead Director of PepsiAmericas, Inc., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fleming Companies, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Security Benefit Group of Companies. He also served as Chancellor of the University of Kansas from 1973 to 1980.

Gene Kilgore joined Arbor in October 2004 and oversees the development, marketing, and implementation of debt structures for capital markets. Before joining Arbor, he was a portfolio manager at ZAIS Group LLC and structured CDOs as a director in the risk finance group.
