NEW YORK, May 13, 2022—Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced today pendingchanges to its Global Realty Majors Portfolio Index (GRM) and International Realty MajorsPortfolio Index (IRP), effective as of the close of business on May 20, 2022.

Cohen & Steers reported preliminary assets under management of $98.0 billion as of April 30, 2022, down $4.1 billion from March 31. The decrease reflected market depreciation of $3.9 billion and distributions of $188 million, partially offset by net inflows.

Cohen & Steers reported preliminary assets under management of $87.9 billion as of June 30, 2022, down $6.4 billion from May 31. The decrease reflected market depreciation of $5.6 billion, distributions of $649 million and net outflows of $210 million.

Cohen & Steers reported preliminary assets under management of $94.3 billion as of May 31, 2022, down $3.7 billion from April 30. The decrease reflected market depreciation of $3.0 billion, net outflows of $510 million and distributions.
