DASNY is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors. The Board includes New York State’s Commissioner of Education, Commissioner of Health, State Comptroller and Director of the Budget, as well as seven appointed members.
Robert J. Rodriguez was confirmed by the New York State Senate as DASNY's president and chief executive officer on May 22, 2024. He served as New York’s 67th secretary of state from 2021 to 2024.

DASNY reports more than 75 years serving clients and work in municipal bonds, public building, and sustainable construction, with participation by minority-, women-, and service-disabled, veteran-owned businesses.
