HiddenLayer raises a $100 million Series B, while edge-security startup Huskeys secures a separate $27 million Series A. HiddenLayer checks AI models and their dependencies for tampering, probes them through red-team exercises, and monitors live systems for prompt injection and model theft; it plans to expand its Agentic Runtime Security and Agent Harness Security products. Huskeys consolidates customers’ existing edge configurations for posture assessment, policy generation, and virtual patching, serving customers including TikTok, Hugging Face, Legoland, Ro, and Blackstone.
HiddenLayer raises $100 million in a Series B led by Delta-v Capital to expand its AI security business. The Austin-based startup says its annual recurring revenue grew more than 10 times over the past year to the tens of millions of dollars, with financial services and large technology companies among its largest customer groups. It protects AI models, agents, and workflows, and plans to use the funding to bolster sales, engineering, and research and expand into Europe and EMEA.
