Andrey has over 25 years of financial markets experience and has traded fixed income, equities and derivatives, including on DMA platforms; before joining Diagram Capital, Andrey was deputy head of brokerage at Latvia’s largest private bank.

Herky has over 36 years of financial markets experience and trained as a barrister. He held roles at financial institutions, including 10 years in fixed income and capital markets sales and trading at J.P. Morgan and 11 years at BBVA.
