Established in 1999, but with a team and investment track record dating back ten years earlier, Indigo Capital is a leading specialist provider of mezzanine and junior capital to medium-sized, growth-oriented European businesses. Indigo Capital is privately-owned by its four directors who, prior to forming the company, were responsible for the European mezzanine capital department of a major European investment bank. Today Indigo Capital has offices in both London and Paris and has an investment portfolio which spans virtually all western European countries.

With the experience of investing more than €800 million across a broad range of industry sectors throughout Europe, Indigo Capital provides flexible and innovative financing solutions for a variety of financing needs. In each portfolio company investment, Indigo Capital's approach is to work in partnership with the other parties involved, be they private equity firms, other institutional investors, business managers or creditor banks.
