Bill co-founded The Prometheus Group in July 1997 and developed its technological architecture. After his military career, he built technology companies and public-private partnerships before and during his partnership with NCT.
Jeff Bell became chief executive officer of PPLSI (dba LegalShield) in July 2014. Under his leadership, PPLSI grew over 45% and had 2 million household and small business members; revenue increased from $360 million to $600 million.
Lindsay joined NCT Ventures in October 2008 and is a partner and chief legal counsel, licensed in Ohio, Michigan, and New York. She focuses on deal structuring, portfolio management, limited partner relations, and fundraising, and has structured over 1,000 deals.
Michael joined NCT as a partner on June 1, 2009, after serving as president and chief distribution officer at Nationwide Fund Distributors, LLC, where he was responsible for distribution for all Nationwide funds.
