K4P Systems Ltd, a UK-based technology and IT services company, acquired Morse France from OpenGate Capital. Morse France provides IT sales and services in France, Switzerland, and the Benelux region; financial terms were not disclosed.

OpenGate Capital completed a $7 million purchase of the manufacturing facility and surrounding land occupied by its portfolio company, Pacific Crest Transformers.

Mr. Clemens is a senior advisor to OpenGate Capital and supports investment development in European industrial opportunities. He held roles at Deutsche Telekom, including CEO of T-Systems, and at EDS Deutschland, Systematics AG, and IBM Central Europe.
