Patamar Capital began as a venture capital firm focused on financial inclusion in emerging markets. It traces its origins to Unitus Inc., founded by finance and tech entrepreneurs to address global poverty through market-based solutions.

Based in Indonesia, Dondi brings 13 years of commercial banking experience to Patamar Capital’s Southeast Asian team. He held roles at HSBC and headed the Risk Management team at Adira Quantum Multifinance.

Geoff has over 30 years of venture capital experience and has managed more than $2 billion in investment capital. Geoff has invested debt and equity in over 400 companies, including Ciena, Coinstar, Hotmail, and Human Genome Science.

Lee is a co-founder and partner of Patamar Capital with three decades of leadership and operational experience. He began his career as an attorney assisting institutional investors with private placement finance transactions, then became president and CEO of Venture Out Holdings.

Based in Vietnam, Shuyin focuses on investment opportunities in Southeast Asia. Shuyin previously managed investments in Southeast Asia at LGT Venture Philanthropy and led its Mekong region investment activities and Asia accelerator program.

Satchith is Patamar Capital’s director of operations, overseeing finance, portfolio management, and impact. He was on the firm’s investment team from 2018 to 2021 and previously led corporate strategy as a general manager at a multinational apparel firm.
