Toscafund and Penta Capital, together called Tosca Penta, completed a £1.11 million public-to-private transaction of TalkTalk on 16 March 2021.

Jason joined Penta in 2021 as an investment director, with private equity experience most recently at Aberdeen Standard Investments. He qualified as a CA with Simmons and Company International and has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.

Maria joined Penta in 2019 as an Investment Director and has M&A transaction experience, most recently with Stephens Europe Limited. Maria qualified as an ACA with Deloitte after earning a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Leeds.

Paul joined Penta in July 2000 and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s finance, administration and compliance. In addition, he is involved in the fundraising process and structuring of new investments together with ongoing investor relations.

Steven is a founding partner of Penta and formerly worked as a director in The Royal Bank of Scotland’s private equity division. He focuses on fundraising and investor relations and is a chartered accountant.
