Jessica Batlle Welling is Associate General Counsel at SDC. Before joining SDC, Jessica was an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where Jessica supported clients in transactions and investments as a member of the firm's M&A and Latin America groups.

Pei Zhou is a Principal at SDC. Before joining SDC in 2018, Pei was an Investment Associate at Aptigon Capital, a Citadel company, and an Associate at Healthcare Royalty Partners, where Pei supported transaction-related activities.
