Adam co-founded Standard in 2019 and was previously a partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where he focused on crypto/blockchain, AI, and other frontier technologies.
Athena is part of Standard's Finance and Operations team, supporting financial reporting and accounting for its funds and management company. She previously held finance and accounting roles at Splunk and Zipline.
Arjun joined Standard after working in quant research and trading and venture capital. Arjun was on the founding team of an exchange incubated by DRW and later led investments in blockchain infrastructure at Galaxy.
Ashley is Standard's COO and CCO, leading the firm's operations, compliance, and organizational strategy. She previously held operations roles at Sequoia Heritage, HMI Capital Management, and Greenbrier Partners Capital Management.
Alok co-founded Standard in 2019 and has been a venture investor for over a decade. At Benchmark, he partnered with entrepreneurs across consumer, open source, and infrastructure.
