Its 650,000-square-foot combined research and manufacturing facility supports domestic production of drone components, while the company plans to bring radar and high-end camera manufacturing in-house within 18 months.

Based on that calculation, Fidelity values the business messaging startup at $486 million, compared with a $1.4 billion valuation in its 2021 funding round.
