Macquarie Capital Principal Finance (“Macquarie”) and Warren Equity Partners (“Warren Equity”) today announced that Macquarie has acquired a majority stake in Multifuels Midstream Group, LLC (“Multifuels Midstream”)

Warren Equity Partners closed Warren Equity Partners ELIDO Fund II and Warren Equity Partners ELIDO Fund II-A, collectively known as ELIDO II, with more than $550 million in total capital commitments, exceeding its initial $450 million target.

The acquisition includes a construction and demolition landfill, C&D transfer stations, and a municipal solid waste (MSW) transfer station that is currently under construction.

Multifuels Midstream Group purchased 124 miles of high-pressure gas pipeline in Central Texas and plans to repurpose it with new pipe construction and interconnects that include gas measurement and pressure regulation.

Mr. Shah is a vice president in the Transaction Group, responsible for deal due diligence and supporting deal evaluation and lifecycle work. Previously, Mr. Shah was a Director of Transaction Advisory Services at RSM and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte.
